Potential faculty need also to be in alignment with Morrison’s Position Statements so we ask that you read these before proceeding further. Then if your personal mission and vision are in alignment with Morrison’s we invite you to fill out a preliminary application. See Hiring Process Timeline to fill out a Preliminary Application.

Faculty Qualifications

Morrison Academy is a Christian School that exists to meet the educational needs of the children of missionaries in Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The children of other expatriates in Taiwan are also welcome on a space available basis. In order to fulfill our mission of providing a Christ centered, Biblically integrated quality education, Morrison seeks dedicated personnel who are committed to investing in student’s lives. We are seeking staff members who are willing to live out their Christian faith both inside and outside the classroom. Prospective staff members should be highly qualified (teachers should be certified), and possess a sense of God’s leading in their lives.

Additional Opportunities

Teachers at Morrison also have the opportunity to work with students outside the classroom.  The school provides many sport, music, drama, leadership, and technology opportunities for students and encourages teachers to serve as coaches, directors, leaders, and organizers of these exciting programs.
